This steel rear fender was designed not to split. It’s made from one piece in 0.060" (16 gauge) steel which has been phosphate etched to help prevent corrosion and to give a good base for primers to adhere. The fender is 9" wide, has a more rounded profile across the top to match with today's lower profile tires, a rolled edge along the sides to give more stylish look and an ignition module mounting position already set in. Will accommodate big wheel conversions with tires up to 200 wide.
