Crime Scene’s “Hard-Ass” seat combines old school cool with a modern look. The seat is precision investment cast solid stainless steel, polished to a blinding mirror finish. It features padded inserts in your choice of black/red/white leather or red metal flake vinyl. Mounting bosses for a pivot and springs are machined right into the seat, so it’s ready to go. Any standard solo seat springs can be used with the seat. An ultra-low pivot kit and springs are available separately. It’s made from investment cast 17-4 stainless steel, heat treated and polished. About 11.5" wide x 11.75" long. Four bosses 3/8" UNF bosses machined into the bottom for mounting.
Matching companion pads are available. Fabricated from 300 series stainless steel and mirror polished. With the same insert material as Hard-Ass Seat. The Low-Mount Pivot Assembly is specifically designed to mount the Hard-Ass seat as low as possible. The pivot is fabricated from 316 stainless steel and TIG welded. It includes two SAE 841 self-lubricating bronze bushings and an 18-8 precision stainless shoulder bolt. Two mounting tabs are provided to weld to your frame. Parts are as-fabricated, for painting or polishing. Note that this item is specifically designed to fit our Hard-Ass seat, it probably won't fit any other seat... but then you didn't want any other seat on your bike. Now, did you?
